01. Jews' Court Garden 1987

The relatively unkempt garden behind Jews' Court looking towards the west gable of the building. This was shortly before the building became the SLHA headquarters and the home of Jews' Court bookshop.

02. Jews' Court Shed 1987

The timber framed, corrugated asbestos clad shed at the rear of Jews' Court provided useful space for the succession of tenants.

03. Jews' Court Opening Event (1)

SLHA took over the tenancy of Jews' Court in 1988. A ceremony was held on 22 October at which the principal guest was Lincoln-born musician and TV quizmaster, Steve Race.

At the same event life membership of SLHA was conferred on Tom Baker, OBE, former Director of Museum Services, City of Lincoln Council.
